What are the API prices and how much are my credit worth?

Overview of API Services

A subscription includes a defined number of credits and additional services.
Credits are required to use our services. Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription interval.

Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans.
Please contact us if you are interested in a yearly subscription or enterprise packages.

Top-Up Credits & Plans

You can purchase Top-Up Credits when you need more credits than your subscription includes—without changing your active plan.

  • Top-Up Credits are valid for 6 months.
  • If both subscription credits and top-up credits are available, subscription credits are used first.

What Are My Credits Worth?

What Are Credits?

Credits are used in the API to generate images, videos, or audio.
Credits are only usable for the specific service/product.

The number of credits required depends on:

  • The model you select
  • The rendering settings

FAQs

Do credits expire?

  • Initial credits on Free plans do not expire.
  • Subscription credits expire after 1 month.
  • One-time credit packages expire after 6 months.
  • Unused credits are automatically removed at the end of the subscription interval.

How many credits come with my plan?

Each plan includes a fixed number of credits added to your account after successful payment.
Depending on the chosen payment option, credit availability may vary slightly in timing.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You will receive an email notification when only 15% of your subscription credits remain.

When your credit balance reaches 0:

  • You cannot generate new images or videos.

To regain access:

  • Purchase a Top-Up Credit Package at any time, or
  • Wait until your next subscription cycle renews

Note: One-time credit packages are not available for Free plan users.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade anytime.
The new subscription level becomes active after the current billing period ends.

  • Monthly plans → upgrade effective at the beginning of the next month.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time.

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically renews for the same period.

Can I have credits refunded?

All generations in Credits Mode cost credits, regardless of the outcome or whether you download the result.

Because generative image/video technology is experimental, credits cannot be refunded.

What happens if I have a generation error?

If an error occurs that is not caused by http://eventstation.ai server issues, contact our support team via admin@eventstation.ai.

Does the price include tax?

No. Prices exclude taxes.
Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address.

We do not charge sales tax in some regions, but this may change depending on obligations.

What payment methods do you support?

Payments are processed via Stripe, which supports:

  • Mastercard
  • VISA
  • American Express

PayPal and other digital wallets are not supported.
