What are general system, hard- & software requirements

Overview

Our solution generally runs on any type of photobooth system that has:

  • A connected camera
  • Internet connectivity
  • Browser support

Supported Devices

We support the following device types:

  • Computer-based systems
    (e.g., laptops, workstations, or similar)
  • iOS / Android tablets
  • Smartphones

Important:
All systems must be updated to the latest available version.
Outdated systems are not recommended and may cause issues when using our product.


Supported Browsers

The following browsers are supported:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari

Note:
Browsers must be updated to the latest version.
Outdated or unsupported browsers can lead to performance issues or errors.


Supported Cameras

We support all types of digital cameras, including:

  • Webcams
  • DSLR cameras
  • Integrated cameras (e.g., tablet cameras)

Requirements & Notes:

  • An active video signal is mandatory.
  • Any camera recognized as a webcam by your system is supported.
  • DSLR cameras may require third-party software.
    For example, Canon DSLR models typically require the EOS Webcam Utility and EOS Utility Software.

Internet Requirements

A stable internet connection is necessary to run our solution smoothly.
Average image size: ~0.7 MB per image
