Note: For stationary photobooth operators, we suggest the using AliasIDs.
For WebApp Users - Using created filters in your Event WebApp
This guide explains how to access the Filter Creator, save a custom filter, and use it in your Event WebApp.
Step 1: Open the Filter Creator
- Log in to your WebApp
- Open the main menu
- Click Create Filter
- A new tab will open with the Filter Creator
- You will be logged in automatically via Single Sign-On
Step 2: Create and save your filter
Once you have finalized your filter:
- Click Create Filter
- Save the filter correctly
After the filter is saved, it will be available for event setup in the WebApp.
Step 3: Add the filter to your event
- Go to the Event webapp
- Click on Event manager
You can now use the filter in either:
- a new event
- an existing event
When modifying or creating a new event, at the Event Manager,sub page: “Which AI filter should be available to your customers?” Open the dropdown menu and choose one of the following filter modes. YOur created new custom filter appear under “my custom ai-filter”.

Step 4: Save the event
After saving the event, the selected filter will be available in the Event Loop.
Troubleshooting
If your custom filter does not appear in the Event Creator, please check whether the filter was fully saved in the Filter Creator.
