Custom AI Filter Services and Pricing
Choose an image or video filter for your activation. Image filters have one price, whether branded or unbranded and designed for a single person or multiple people.

What's Included (General Service & Deliverables) — Image Filter
Every custom AI image filter package is delivered by the Eventstation AI Artist Team and includes:
- Creative advisory and execution tailored to your brief.
- Filter creation using one of our available image models.
- 1–3 filter variants, depending on your requirements.
- Up to 2 revision rounds per booked asset.
- Output quality: Full HD or higher, ready for commercial use.
- Preview and approval outputs: 20 personalized test images generated using Eventstation's standardized test dataset or a dataset provided directly from your booth.
- Final delivery: Once approved, the filter is deployed directly to your Eventstation product and account.

- Creative advisory and execution tailored to your brief.
- Filter creation using one of our available video models.
- 1–3 filter variants, depending on your requirements.

- Output quality: Full HD or higher, ready for commercial use.

The Process (Managed End-to-End)
1. Submit Your Brief (~5 minutes)
Email your references, style direction, and intended use case to felixb@eventstation.ai.
2. Review and Cost Estimate (1–2 business days)
We assess feasibility, confirm the scope and cost, and suggest alternative concepts where needed.
3. Production and Preview Delivery (2–4 business days)
Our AI Artist Team creates your filter and delivers preview images or videos using Eventstation's standardized test dataset or a dataset provided from your booth.
4. Revisions and Final Deployment (up to 2 rounds)
Based on your feedback, we refine the filter and deploy the approved final version to your Eventstation product and account.
FAQs
Do you offer free drafts?
No. A 50% deposit is required after the scope is confirmed and before production begins. The deposit is credited toward the final cost. If you cancel after production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Additional creative exploration and extended iteration options are available through Service Extension Packages.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes up to 2 revision rounds per booked asset. Additional revisions are billed at 30% of the service's base price.
How long does execution take?
Brief review and scope confirmation take 1–2 business days. Once the scope and cost are approved and the deposit is received, production and preview delivery take 2–4 business days.
Final deployment follows your feedback, any included revisions, and approval. The overall timeline depends on the concept's complexity, the number of variants, and the speed of feedback and approvals.
What do I need to provide to start a project?
To help us develop your filter, please share:
- Visual references or mood boards.
- Brand or campaign guidelines, if applicable.
- Information about your target audience.
- Your intended use case, such as the event format, campaign, or photo booth flow.
Clear input helps us align with your expectations and speeds up delivery.
Are these services included in my subscription?
No. Custom AI image and video filters are paid add-on services available exclusively to Eventstation subscription holders.
Can these filters be reused?
Yes. Custom filters are designed for repeatable use within your active subscription and the agreed project scope, unless stated otherwise.
Who can access a purchased custom filter?
Your purchased custom filters are exclusive to your account. They are not shared with other customers or made publicly available.
