Custom AI image filters are premium add-on services available exclusively to Eventstation subscription holders. Each filter is designed and produced by the Eventstation AI Artist Team and tailored to your creative direction, brand requirements, and operational setup.

Deep Dive: What’s Included (General Service & Deliverables)
These services are ideal for brands and event formats that require high-quality, repeatable, on-brand AI visuals—ready to deploy inside your Eventstation flow.
Every custom AI image filter package is delivered and includes:
- Creative advisory + execution by eventstation artists tailored to your brief
- 1–3 filter variants (depending on the selected package)
- Up to 2 revision rounds (per booked asset)
- Output quality: Full HD or higher (commercial-ready)
- Preview & approval outputs: 20 personalized test images generated using Eventstation’s standardized test dataset
- Final delivery: Once approved, the filter is deployed directly to your Eventstation account and product.
Face Swap vs. Multi-Swap
Both models generate highly realistic images of the user, including accurate-looking hair, skin tone, and facial features. Depending on your creative brief, results can range from realistic to highly artistic styles.
Single Person Solutions (using Faceswap-Models)
- Supports single-person photos only
- High visual consistency for integrated products, logos, buildings, or brand elements
- Highest overall image quality
- Defined poses and clearly rendered wearables/outfits
- Note: body proportions may occasionally be imperfect (e.g., incorrect body sizes)
Group Solutions (using Multiswap-Models)
- Supports up to 5 people per image
- Transfers the pose and composition from the input photo
- Integration of logo’s or specific items is not possible
- More correct and realistic body proportions, especially for group compositions

Single-person face swap filters are designed for individual portraits. The user’s face is swapped onto a stylized or themed body while maintaining a realistic and recognizable result.

Single-person face swap filters are designed for individual portraits. The user’s face is swapped onto a stylized or themed body while maintaining a realistic and recognizable result.

2. Group Solutions (Multiswap FIlter)
2.1) Generative Group Shots – 1,000 €
Generative group images are created by AI without relying on direct product or outfit mapping. Archievable are either scenes and clothes in realistic style or in unrealistic styles
Important note: Because generative group shots do not reliably preserve real products, outfits, or accessories, we strongly recommend using face swap instead for most commercial use cases.
The Process: From Request to Deliver (End-to-End)
- Go to the Filter Creator: https://filter-creator.eventstation.ai/main-menu/
- Use your API-Login credentials and log into the Filter creator
- Click on “Request Filter”
- Add all required information and finalize the request
- Eventstation reviews your request and will provide a cost estimation
- Review + Cost Estimate (1–2 business days)
We validate feasibility and send a clear quote based on your selected service option. - Production + Preview Delivery (7–10 business days)
Our AI Artist Team creates the filter and delivers preview outputs using a standardized test dataset. - Revisions + Final Deployment (up to 2 rounds)
After your feedback, we refine the filter and deploy the approved final version to your Eventstation account and product.
Typical timeline:
- Fast-track: 10–14 days (requires very fast feedback cycles)
- Recommended: 3–4 weeks for best results and smooth iteration
FAQs
Do you offer drafts for free?
No. Drafts are not offered for free.
To receive initial drafts, an initial payment of 50% of the base price is required once the project scope is accepted. This payment allows our AI Artist Team to begin production.
- If the project is approved and continued, the previously paid 50% is fully credited toward the final cost. You only need to pay the remaining 50%.
- If the project is not accepted, the initial payment is non-refundable. In general, we do not create drafts for free — this applies to both subscribers and non-subscribers.

How many revisions are included?
Each custom filter includes two standard revision round. Additional revisions can be requested and may be billed separately depending on scope and complexity.
How long does execution take?
After the approval of the cost estimation, production can begin.
- A filter can technically be executed within approximately 10–14 days in total, if very close and short iteration cycles are maintained.
- For most projects, we recommend planning 3–4 weeks to allow sufficient time for feedback, revisions, and quality assurance.

- Project complexity
- Number of filter versions
- Speed of feedback and revision cycles
What do I need to provide to start a project?
We recommend providing:
- Visual references or mood boards
- Brand or campaign guidelines (if applicable)

Can these filters be reused?
Yes. Custom AI filters are designed for repeatable use within your active subscription and within the defined product context, unless otherwise specified in the project scope.
